Heard learned counsel for the petitioners, learned Government Pleader for Municipal Administration appearing for the 1st respondent and Sri Sampath Prabhakar Reddy, learned Standing Counsel for the Greater Hyderabad Municipal Corporation appearing for the 2nd and 3rd respondents. 2.

This Writ Petition is filed by the petitioners aggrieved by the inaction on the part of the 2nd respondent in considering their applications for regularisation of Plot Nos.129 and 130 in Survey No.66/2 situated in Raidurg Navkhalsa Village, Serilingampally Mandal, Ranga Reddy District. 3.

Learned Standing Counsel, on instructions, would submit that the applications submitted by the petitioners are pending and they are in the process of scrutiny and if reasonable time is granted, appropriate orders would be passed by the 2nd respondent.

Learned counsel for the petitioners would agree for disposal of the Writ Petition fixing some time limit for consideration of the applications submitted by the petitioners for regularisation. 5.

Having regard to the submissions made, the Writ Petition is disposed of, without expressing any opinion on merits, directing the 2nd respondent to consider the applications submitted by the petitioners for regularization of Plot Nos.129 and 130 in survey Nos.66/2 situated at Raidurg Navkhalsa Village,

Serilingampally Mandal, Ranga Reddy District, subject to their eligibility and fulfilment of all the conditions, as expeditiously as possible, preferably within a period of eight (8) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. There shall be no order as to costs.

Miscellaneous petitions, if any, filed in this Writ Petition shall stand closed.
