The present writ petition is filed by the petitioner under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, seeking a direction to the 3rd respondent to grant Police aid on her representation dated 21.9.2016 in pursuance of Status Quo order passed in I.A.No.1175 of 2015 in O.S.No.523 of 2015 by the Principal Senior Civil Judge, Kurnool.

The main grievance of the petitioner is that she filed a suit in O.S.No.523 of 2015 against the brother of her husband and others and she also obtained status quo order. Disobeying the said order, the defendants are proceeding with the construction work. When she questioned, the defendants attacked the petitioner and her family members. She made a representation to respondents Nos.1 to 3, on 21.9.2016 requesting them to grant police aid. But no action was taken on her representation. 3.
Heard and perused the material available on record. 4.
Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and the grievance of the petitioner, without expressing any opinion on merits, respondents Nos.1 to 3 are directed to dispose of the representation dated 21.9.2016 made by the petitioner expeditiously, in accordance with law. 5.
