GANGA RAO WRI T PETI TI ON No.29807 of 2017 ORDER: (Per VRS,J) The petitioner has come up with the above writ petition challenging the action of the respondents in allotting seats to candidates who had allegedly secured lesser marks than her.

2. Heard Mr. P. Jagadish Chandra Prasad, learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr. Taddi Nageswara Rao, learned Standing Counsel for the University.

3. Other than making a general statement that persons with lesser ranks have been allotted a seat, the petitioner has not been able to point out any concrete example. In any case, the last date for admissions to MBBS course were over on 31.08.2017. The writ petition was actually filed on 01.09.2017. Therefore, no relief can be granted to the petitioner for the current academic year. Hence the writ petition is closed.
