SMT JUSTICE T.RAJANI CRIMINAL PETITION No.1829 OF 2018 ORDER:
This Criminal Petition is filed seeking for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner, who is accused No.2, in Crime No.116 of 2015 on the file of the Station House Officer, Musheerabad Police Station, Hyderabad City. The offences alleged are under Sections 406, 420and 506 of I.P.C. 2.
Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner, learned Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent-State, and perused the record. 3.
As per the case of the prosecution, the petitioner and accused No.1 induced the de-facto complainant to part with huge amount, on the guise of providing her a Railway job and, later, the accused failed to do so. 4.
Learned counsel for the petitioner now submits that accused No.1 in this crime was already granted bail.

Learned Public Prosecutor brings to the notice of this Court that N.B.W. is pending against the petitioner/accused No.2.

Hence, considering the nature of allegations, this Court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner/accused No.2.
However, the petitioner/accused No.2 is at liberty to surrender the before the lower Court having jurisdiction and obtain regular bail.

Accordingly, with the above observation, the Criminal Petition is dismissed.
As a sequel, the miscellaneous applications, if any pending, shall stand dismissed.
