SIVA SANKARA RAO Writ Petition No.27058 of 2012 ORDER: (per Hon'ble Justice R.Kantha Rao) On 23.2.2016, this Court referred the matter to the Lok Adalat for settlement. Both the parties settled the matter before the Lok Adalat and to that effect an Award dated 2.3.2016 was passed.
