CVNR, J & GSP, J WP.No.27502 of 2015 Dt: 05.07.2018 Common Order: (Per the Hon'ble Sri Justice C.V.Nagarjuna Reddy) This Writ Petition is filed for the following substantive relief: "to issue a writ or order/s more particularly one in the nature of Writ of Mandamus for staying all further proceedings pursuant to order dated 22-7-2015 in CC.No.337/2014 passed by the District Consumer Disputes Redresal Forum-III, Hyderabad until constitution of the State Consumer Disputes Redressal Commission by the State of Telangana."

In view of reconstitution of the State Consumer Disputes Redressal Commission for the State of Telangana, the Writ Petition is dismissed giving liberty to the petitioners to pursue their case pending before the State Commission. To facilitate the petitioners to avail appropriate interim relief, interim order, dated 14-09-2015, passed in this Writ Petition, shall continue for a period of one month.

As a sequel, Miscellaneous Petitions, pending if any, stand disposed of as infructuous.
