HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE U. DURGA PRASAD RAO Writ Petition No.16737 of 2014 ORDER:

The petitioners seek Writ of Mandamus declaring the inaction of the 2nd respondent in passing the orders in stay petition filed in Appeal No.C2/473 of 2014 dated 18.01.2014, staying all further proceedings in pursuance of the orders of the Tahsildar, Narayanpet in File No.C/2582/2013, dated 21.12.2013 as arbitrary and illegal. 2) When the matter is posted for today, there is no representation for petitioner.

3) Having regard to the nature of the matter, this Court is of the considered view that a direction can be given to the 2nd respondent to dispose of the appeal itself.

4) Accordingly, this Writ Petition is disposed of with a direction to the 2nd respondent to pass orders in the main appeal-C2/473 of 2014 after hearing both the parties, if the appeal is not disposed of already. No costs. As a sequel, pending miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall stand closed.
