ORDER
The writ petition is filed questioning the action of the 1st respondent in posting the 3rd respondent as Manager to the subject temple to discharge the functions of the Executive Officer and allowing him to draw his salary from the temple funds. A perusal of the writ affidavit discloses that the petitioner's grievance as against the 3rd respondent at relevant point of time that various omissions and commissions on the part of the 3rd respondentManager mentioned in the writ affidavit. There is no counter-affidavit filed in the matter so far. However, the relief sought in the writ petition is against the posting of the 3rd respondent-Manager to the subject temple for discharging functions and allow him to draw the salary and etc.
Learned counsel for the 3rd respondent submits that after filing of the writ petition, four different Executive Officers were appointed and at present, the Executive Officer is taking care of the 3rd respondentinstitution. Considering the grievance of the petitioner against the then Manager of the 3rd respondent temple at relevant point of time and on account of the changed circumstances after filing the writ petition, no further orders are required to be passed in the writ petition. Accordingly, the writ petition is dismissed. No order as to costs. Miscellaneous Petitions, if any pending in this writ petition shall stand closed.
