CVNR,J & GSP,J W.P.No.5036 of 2018 ORDER : (per Hon'ble Sri Justice C.V. Nagarjuna Reddy) This writ petition is filed for issue of Habeas Corpus directing the respondents to produce Mr. Tatiparthi Sunil Kumar, the husband of the petitioner (for short "the alleged detenu") before this Court and set him at liberty.

At the hearing, Sri Harinath Reddy Soma, learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the alleged detenu was produced before the Jurisdictional Magistrate in connection with the criminal case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 302 and 420 IPC and that he was remanded to the judicial custody by the Jurisdictional Magistrate.

In the light of the above submission, the cause in the writ petition does not survive for adjudication and the same is accordingly dismissed. No order as to costs.
