HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAMALINGESWARA RAO WRIT PETITION No.27589 OF 2017 ORDER:

This writ petition is filed challenging the inaction of the second respondent in passing any order pursuant to the show cause notice dated 04.12.2015.

Today when the matter is taken up for consideration, learned Government Pleader produced before this Court a copy of the order dated 28.08.2017 imposing a penalty of Rs.2,000/- (Rupees two thousand only) on the petitioner with a warning to be more careful in future in maintenance of the fair price shop. The petitioner is also permitted to distribute essential commodities to the cardholders by revoking in-charge arrangements made earlier. In view of the same, no further are necessary in this writ petition. The writ petition is accordingly closed.
