The Court made the following:

ORDER:

This Writ Petition is filed for the following substantive relief: " ... to declare the action of the respondents in not passing orders for release of E.Cs. to the F.P. shop of the petitioner of H. Nidamanur village, Naguluppalapadu mandal, Prakasam District inspite of request made by the petitioner as illegal, arbitrary and unjust and further issue a writ or order or direction more particularly one in the nature of Mandamus directing the respondents herein to order to issue of E.Cs. continuously to the said F.P. shop of the petitioner ."

At the hearing, Mr. V.H.V.R.R. Swamy, learned Counsel representing Mr. I. Gopal Reddy, learned Counsel for the petitioner, submitted that

the cause in the Writ Petition does not survive for adjudication. The Writ Petition is accordingly dismissed as infructuous. As a sequel to the dismissal of the Writ Petition, WPMP No.17102 of 2011 is dismissed as infructuous.
