Petitioner claims that her father died on 05.01.2015 while working as Village Revenue Assistant. Petitioner submitted representation on 08.06.2015 addressed to the District Collector, Nalgonda District to provide employment on compassionate grounds. The District Collector in turn forwarded the same to the Tahsildar, Peda Adisharlapalli Mandal (4th respondent) to examine the claim and take necessary action as per Rules. Alleging inaction on the said representation, this writ petition is filed. 3.

Since the District Collector, has already forwarded the representation dated 08.06.2015 submitted by the petitioner to the Tahsildar, the issue is pending consideration with the Tahsildar, the Writ Petition is disposed of, directing the 4th respondent to examine the claim of the petitioner for provision of employment on compassionate grounds and take appropriate decision as warranted by law, and communicate the same to the petitioner, within a period of two (2) months, from the date of receipt of copy of this order. There shall be no order as to costs. Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this writ petition shall stand closed.
