Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Pleader for Services appearing for 3rd respondent. 2.

This Writ Petition has been filed by the petitioner assailing the inaction of the 3rd respondent in considering petitioner's representation dt.27-07-2015 seeking regular monthly pension on pro-rata basis from the 1st respondent.

Learned Government Pleader for Services appearing for 3rd respondent states that 3rd respondent will consider the petitioner's representation within six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and communicate his decision thereon to the petitioner. 4.

Recording the said submission, the Writ Petition is disposed of directing the 3rd respondent to consider the petitioner's representation within six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and communicate his decision thereon to the petitioner. No costs.

As a sequel, the miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed.
