This civil miscellaneous appeal is filed under Order XLIII Rule 1 of CPC, assailing the order dated 04.6.2012 passed in I.A. No.471 of 2011 in O.S.No.90 of 2011 on the file of the Court of Senior Civil Judge, Sathupalli, Khammam District. 2.
As per the Office note, the trial Court disposed of the suit on 22.1.2015. In view of the Office note, the very purpose of filing of the appeal has become infructuous.

Hence, the civil miscellaneous appeal is dismissed as infructuous. Miscellaneous petitions if any pending in this appeal shall stand closed.
