On 01.02.2018, when the present appeal was listed under the caption 'for dismissal', learned counsel for the appellants appeared and sought adjournment and as such, the matter was adjourned to 15.02.2018 by deleting it from the caption 'for dismissal'. On 15.02.2018, since there was no representation for the appellants, the Registry was directed to list the present appeal under the caption 'for dismissal'.

2. Today also, there is no representation for the appellants.

3. It appears that the appellants are not inclined to prosecute the present appeal.
