THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE P.KESHAVA RAO WRIT PETITION No.35002 OF 2014 ORDER:

Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner. The prayer sought for in the writ petition is as under: "to issue a writ of mandamus declaring the action of the 2nd respondent in not registering a case on the complaint dated 19.02.2014 submitted by the petitioner herein as illegal, arbitrary and unjust and consequently, direct the respondents herein to register F.I.R. in respect of the petitioner's complaint." During the course of hearing, the learned Government Pleader appearing for the respondents 1 and 2, informed the Court that the complaint filed by the petitioner has been entered in the General Diary and during the course of enquiry, it is revealed that the matter is civil in nature and hence, the petitioner was advised to approach the competent civil Court for redressal. In view of the above, no orders are required in the writ petition and the same is accordingly, dismissed. No costs.
