THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTI CE SANJAY KUMAR AND THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTI CE P.KESHAVA RAO WRI T PETI TI ON Nos.5137, 5140, 5142 and 5143 OF 2018 COMMON ORDER: (per Hon'ble Sri Justice Sanjay Kumar) After advancing arguments at length, Sri Ch.Srinivas, learned counsel for the petitioners in these cases, sought leave to withdraw these writ petitions reserving liberty to the petitioners to avail appropriate remedies, including by way of a fresh writ petition, in accordance with law.

Sri Maruthi Jadhav, learned counsel representing Sri B.S.Prasad, learned counsel for the State Bank of India, the first respondent in these cases, was also heard.

The writ petitions are accordingly dismissed as withdrawn with the liberty aforestated.

Pending miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall also stand dismissed. No order as to costs.
