It is represented by the learned Counsel for the appellant that during the pendency of the Motor Accident Civil Miscellaneous Appeal before this Court, the matter was referred to Lok Adalat. Upon such reference, the matter has been settled before the Lok Adalat and an Award has also been passed by the Lok Adalat to that effect.

In the light of the aforesaid submission, this MACMA is closed in terms of Award dated 10.04.2021 passed by the Lok Adalat.
