THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTI CE A.RAMALI NGESWARA RAO Writ Petition No.5138 of 2018 Order:

This Writ Petition is filed challenging the action of the fourth respondent in deleting the name of the petitioner from online Adangal/Pahanies and IB Register and incorporating the name of the fifth respondent in respect of the lands admeasuring Ac.12.53 cents in Survey No.46, Ac.2-43 cents in Survey No.65/2 and Ac.0-34 cents in Survey No.68, situated at Tati Ramannagudem village, Jeelugumilli Mandal, West Godavari District, without issuing any notice and without following due process of law. In the circumstances, liberty is given to the petitioner to submit an appropriate application in accordance with the rules and, as and when such application is filed by the petitioner, it is needless to observe that the fourth respondent - Tahsildar shall consider the same and pass appropriate orders in accordance with law within a period of eight (8) weeks from the date of receipt of such application.

The Writ Petition is, accordingly, disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.

As a sequel thereto, the miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this writ petition shall stand closed.
