HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE CHALLA KODANDA RAM WRIT PETITION No.12929 OF 2017 ORDER:

Aggrieved by the inaction of the respondents in considering the petitioner's representations, dated 03.03.2017 and 17.03.2017, requesting to remove the dustbins located in front of his house, covering the footpath, bearing H.No.10-1-912, situated at A.C. Guards, Hyderabad, this Writ Petition is filed. At the time of hearing, Sri N. Ashok Kumar, learned Standing Counsel for GHMC, submitted that the dustbin, about which the petitioner had complained, has been removed and in proof thereof he filed a photograph. Therefore, he submits that the grievance of the petitioner stands redressed. Recording the submission made by the learned standing counsel, the writ petition is closed. There shall be no order as to costs.

Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending shall also stand closed.
