ORDER

This contempt case is filed complaining wilful disobedience on the part of the respondents in implementing the order dated 06-02-2019 passed by this Court in W.P.No.2198 of 2019.

When the matter is taken up for hearing, learned Government Pleader appearing for the respondents reported that the respondents have considered the case of the petitioner in terms of the order dated 06.02.2019 passed by this Court in W.P.No.2198 of 2019 and rejected vide order dated 20.04.2019. Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner does not dispute the same.

In view of compliance of the said order passed by this Court on 06.02.2019 in W.P.No.2198 of 2019, the Contempt Case is closed. It is open for the petitioner to challenge the said rejection order dated 20.04.2019, if he so desires. Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending shall stand closed.
