O R D E R

Sri V.S.R.Anjaneyulu, learned counsel for the petitioners, seeks leave to withdraw this writ petition reserving liberty to the petitioners to file a fresh writ petition in accordance with law. The writ petition is accordingly dismissed as withdrawn with the liberty aforestated. Office is directed to return the certified copy of the notice in D.V.C.No.1 of which was filed along with W.P.M.P.No.6153 of 2016 forthwith. Pending miscellaneous petitions shall also stand dismissed in the light of this final order. No order as to costs.
