HON'BLE SRI JUSTI CE A.V.SESHA SAI W .P.No.5 0 9 0 of 2 0 1 8 ORDER: - When the matter is taken up, the written instructions furnished by the Sub-Inspector of Police, Machavaram Police Station, Vijayawada City, dated 16.02.2018, are placed on record by the learned Government Pleader.
The said instructions, to the extent of their relevance for the purpose of this writ petition, read as under: - "It is submitted that the contentions of the petitioner that the respondents No.4 and 5 have been repeatedly interfering with the business activities of the petitioner firm and insisting them not to carry out their wide range of service, are not correct. It is submitted that so far, there has been no complaint received against the petitioner and as such, no action is taken against the petitioner herein.
It is submitted that it seems the petitioner herein filed the present Writ Petition with false allegations to carry out the unlawful activities and preempt the police authorities from taking any action in accordance with law. Therefore, it is submitted that in case, any unlawful activity is noticed in tprfirm, the police will take action against the petitioner in accordance with law. All other allegations of the petitioner against the respondent police authorities are concocted only ft sake of filing this Writ Petition and the same are hereby specifically denied." Having regard to the above instructions and taking into consideration of the submissions made by the learned Counsel appearing for the petitioner and also the learned Government
Pleader, this Court deems it fit and proper to dispose of the writ petition by placing the above instructions on record. However, it is open for the respondents to take action in accordance with law.
