THE HON'BLE DR. JUSTICE SHAMEEM AKTHER CRIMINAL PETITION NO.5085 of 2014 ORDER:

This Criminal Petition, under Section 482 of Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973, is filed by the petitioners-A4 and A5 seeking to quash the proceedings in C.C.No.560 of 2013 on the file of the Judl. Magistrate of I Class, Armoor, Nizamabad District, wherein cognizance was taken for the offences punishable under Sections 498-A IPC and 3 and 4 of Dowry Prohibition Act.

Learned Assistant Public Prosecutor on written instructions submits that parties have compromised the matter before Lok Adalat on 09.11.2016. Under these circumstances, nothing survives for adjudication. 3.

Accordingly, this Criminal Petition is dismissed as infructuous. Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this Criminal Petition, shall stand closed.
