The contention of the petitioner from the prayer in the writ petition is that under the guise of the arrears, the 2nd respondentMunicipality is proceeding to recover the so-called arrears of tax by coercive means. It is the submission of Sri N.Venkateswarlu, learned Standing Counsel for the 2nd respondent, that they are following due process of law.

By recording the same, the writ petition is disposed of. Miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed. No costs.
