HON'BLE DR. JUSTICE B. SIVA SANKARA RAO Crl.P.M.P.No.8300 of 2017 IN/AND Crl.P.No.7854 of 2017 ORDER:

The petitioner/accused and the 2nd respondent-defacto complainant in Crime No.178 of 2017 of Kalwakurthy Police Station, Nagarkurnool District, registered for the offences punishable under Section 324 IPC and Section 3 (1) (r) (s) of Scheduled Castes and Scheduled Tribes (Prevention of Atrocities) Amended Act, 2015, are present before the Court. It is the submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner that the name of the accused is wrongly mentioned in the FIR as Ramulugoud Giruka and as per the Aadhar Card and APSRTC ID card as driver of RTC his name is 'Kommagoni Ramudu Goud'. Both the accused and defacto complainant stated that they settled the matter amicably outside the Court and the terms of the compromise was also appended.

In view of compromise of the parties, the offence is compounded and the accused is acquitted and the bail bonds of the accused, if any, shall stand cancelled.

Accordingly and in the result, both the Crl.P.M.P.No.8300 of 2017 and the criminal petition are allowed. Pending miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall stand closed.
