This petition is filed, under Section 438 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 (for short, 'Cr.P.C.'), seeking for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioners-accused Nos. 6 and 9 in Crime No. 280 of 2015 of Manchal Police Station, Cyberabad, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 406, 420, 468 and 471 IPC.

Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned Public Prosecutor (T.S.).

Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioners approached this Court earlier, seeking for anticipatory bail and the same was dismissed by virtue of order dated 29-01-2018 in Criminal Petition No. 503 of 2018. Learned counsel now seeks a direction from this Court to the police concerned to follow Section 41-A Cr.P.C. as was done in case of accused Nos. 8 and 11 by virtue of order dated 01-02-2018 in Criminal Petition No. 423 of 2018.

Hence, considering the above, the Station House Officer, Manchal Police Station, Cyberabad, is directed to follow the procedure contemplated under Section 41-A Cr.P.C. and the guidelines issued by the Apex Court in Ar n esh Ku m ar Vs. St at e of Bih ar an d an ot h er 1.

Subject to the above, the criminal petition is dismissed. Pending miscellaneous petitions if any shall stand dismissed in consequence.
