THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE CHALLA KODANDA RAM WRIT PETITION No. 6122 of 2019 O R D E R:

When the matter is taken up, it is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioners as well as learned Government Pleader for Land Acquisition appearing for respondent Nos. 2 and 3 that the issue raised in the present Writ Petition is squarely covered by the order, dated 20.03.2019, passed by this Court in Writ Petition No.5825 of 2019.

Relevant portion of the aforesaid order reads as under: "In the present case, it is admitted by the respondents in the written instructions that the petitioners had made an application on 09.04.2018 stating O.P.No.43 of 2005 was disposed on 23.10.2017 and that they are entitled for compensation under Section 28-A of the Repealed Act. While the respondents assert that on earlier occasion, notice was issued to attend Award enquiry on 09.05.2018, the same was not concluded and now the same is proposed to be conducted on 15.04.2019. As the respondents have already taken steps and the enquiry under Section 28-A is slated on 15.04.2019, the writ petition is disposed of with a direction to the respondents to conclude the enquiry on 15.04.2019 or any other adjourned date, however, preferably with a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order."

Following the aforesaid order and for the reasons stated therein, this Writ Petition is also disposed of in terms thereof. Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this writ petition shall also stand disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs. _________________________ CHALLA KODANDA RAM, J Dt:25.03.2019 kdl
