HON'BLE SRI JUSTI CE A.RAMALI NGESWARA RAO Writ Petition No.5197 of 2018 Order:

In spite of granting ten days time, learned Government Pleader did not get any instructions. Hence, this Court is constrained to dispose of the Writ Petition on the basis of the averments made in the affidavit filed in support of the Writ Petition.

This Writ Petition is filed challenging the action of the respondents 3 to 5 in not considering the representation dated 21.12.2017 for conducting survey and fixing the boundaries to the land of the petitioners in an extent of Ac.2-17 gts., in Survey No.217 and an extent of Ac.3-12 gts., in Survey No.218, situated at Gaganpahad village, Rajendranagar Mandal, Ranga Reddy District.

Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioners paid the requisite fee along with the representation through Mee-seva on 21.12.2017 and even after lapse of 45 working days from requested date the respondents have not taken any action.

Since proper application was filed by the petitioners through Meeseva by paying requisite fee for conducting the survey, the respondents 3 to 5 are directed to consider the application of the petitioners dated 21.12.2017 and complete the survey as per the circulars issued by the Government from time to time within a period of six (6) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

The Writ Petition is, accordingly, disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.

As a sequel thereto, the miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this writ petition shall stand closed.
