When the matter had come up on 04.12.2012, party-in-person has absent and there was no representation on his behalf, and therefore, the matter was posted today under the caption 'for dismissal'. Even today, when the matter has come up, party-in-person is absent and there is no representation on his behalf. It appears the party-in-person is not evincing any interest in prosecuting the Contempt Case.

Accordingly, the Contempt Case is dismissed for default. There shall be no order as to costs. Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this Contempt Case shall stand closed.
