This Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India to issue a Writ of Mandamus declaring the action of respondent No.2 in issuing the impugned proceedings in RC.No.Admn-IA1/926/2005, dated 22.06.2005, served on 27.06.2005, as illegal, without authority, power, unconstitutional and also opposed to the principles of natural justice and consequently to direct the respondents to refrain from in any way compelling the petitioner management to relieve the teachers teaching in Telugu Medium in Science subjects. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the cause in the writ petition does not survive for adjudication. In view of the submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, the Writ Petition is dismissed as infructuous. No costs.

Consequently, Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending in this Writ Petition shall stand closed.
