This Criminal Petition is filed by the petitioners / accused No.1 under Section 482 of the Criminal Procedure Code seeking quashment of F.I.R.No.636 of 2015 of P.S. KPHB, registered for the offence under Sections 406, 420, 120-B read with Section 34 of the Indian Penal Code. 02.

When the matter has been taken up for hearing, learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that this matter has become infructuous.

In view of the above submission, this Criminal Petition is liable to be dismissed as infructuous. 04.

Accordingly, this Criminal Petition is dismissed as infructuous. There is no order as to costs.

As a sequel, pending Miscellaneous Applications, if any, shall stand closed.
