In the present writ petition, filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, petitioners are seeking implementation of the orders passed by the Collector and District Magistrate, Chittoor vide proceedings No.C4/2246/ 2014, dated 21-06-2014. Heard Sri R. Ravi Kumar, learned counsel for the petitioners, learned Government Pleaders for Revenue and Endowments for respondents 1 to 3 and Sri A. Srikanth Reddy, learned Standing Counsel for respondent Nos.4 and 5. When the matter is called, it is represented by Sri A. Srikanth Reddy, learned Standing Counsel for respondent No.4 that the 3rd respondent is shortly implementing the subject order, dated 21-06-2014 from the month of April, 2016. On hearing the same, learned counsel for the petitioners has requested this Court to record the same and close the writ petition.

Recording the submissions of learned Standing Counsel for respondent No.4, the writ petition is closed. Miscellaneous Petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
