HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE CHALLA KODANDA RAM WRIT PETITION No. 26858 of 2017 ORDER:

The inaction of respondent No.5 (Station House Officer, Chivemla Police Station, Suryapet District), in taking action on the petitioner's complaint dated 25.07.2017, is questioned in this writ petition as being illegal and arbitrary. The grievance of the petitioner is that on 25.07.2017 respondent Nos.6 to 8, along with others, came to his land, damaged green gram crop with tractors, scolded in the name of caste and threatened to kill him. Petitioner, therefore, filed complaint dated 25.07.2017. As no action has been taken on his complaint, the present writ petition is filed. Learned Government Pleader for Home (TS), on instructions, submits that the complaint of the petitioner has since been registered as FIR.No.156 of 2017 on 10.08.2017, the writ petition may be closed.

Recording the submission of learned Pleader for Home (TS) that petitioner's complaint has been registered as FIR.No.156 of 2017 on 10.08.2017, the Writ Petition is closed.
