THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A. RAJASHEKER REDDY Writ Petition No.23565 of 2016 ORDER :

The Writ Petition is filed seeking to issue a writ, order, or direction, more particularly one in the nature of writ of Mandamus declaring the inaction on the part of the Respondent Nos.2 and 3 on the petitioner's application, dated 18-03-2016 submitted for granting pattadar passbook and title deed for agricultural landed property to an extent of Ac.16.65 cents and Ac.0.15 cents respectively covered by Survey Nos.499/1 and 499/2 situated at Ganapavaram Revenue Village of Buttaigudem Mandal in West Godavari District, as illegal, irregular, irrational, violative of the provisions of Andhra Pradesh Rights in Land and Pattadar Passbooks Act, 1971 and rules framed thereunder and offends Articles 14 and 21 of the Constitution of India and consequently direct the respondent Nos.2 and 3 to grant Pattadar Passbook and title deed for the said lands in favour of the petitioner.

Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue. The learned Assistant Government Pleader submits that the petitioner has to make application through Mee Seva. In view of the above facts and circumstances, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, the Writ

Petition is disposed of keeping it open for the petitioner to make application through Mee Seva and on such application being made, the 3rd Respondent is directed to dispose of the same in accordance with law within a period of six weeks thereafter. No order as to costs.

Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this writ petition shall stand disposed of.
