O R D E R

The petitioner has been working as Contract Driver in the respondent - corporation. On the grounds of absenteeism and irregular attendance, by proceedings of the 3rd respondent - Depot Manager dated 22.03.2013, he was terminated from service. Aggrieved by the same, he filed appeal to the 2nd respondent - Deputy Chief Traffic Manager. Challenging the proceedings of his termination dated 22.03.2013, he filed the present writ petition.

The learned Standing Counsel for the respondent - Corporation Sri N.Vasudeva Reddy submits that the appeal filed by the petitioner against the impugned order of termination, has been disposed of on 11.11.2016. The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the order dated 11.11.2016 has not been furnished to the petitioner. In view of the above, the writ petition is disposed of directing the 2nd respondent to furnish copy of the order dated 11.11.2016 to the petitioner, if not already furnished and it is open for the petition to challenge the same in accordance with law.

No order as to costs.
