HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE S. RAVI KUMAR WRIT PETITION No.23573 of 2003 ORDER:
This writ petition is filed to declare the action of respondents in preventing the petitioner from discharging her duties as Conductor from 01.08.2003, having selected under the backlog vacancy, as illegal, arbitrary, contrary to law and in violation of principles of natural justice.
2. This Court granted interim direction on 10.11.2003 directing respondent Nos.3 and 4 to permit petitioner to discharge her duties as Conductor and the interim order was subsequently made absolute after hearing both sides.
3. Learned advocate for petitioner submitted that in view of the interim orders, no further orders are necessary in this writ petition.
4. Considering the submission of learned counsel for petitioner, this writ petition is disposed of in terms of interim order dated 10.11.2003, as confirmed by this Court on 03.08.2004.
5. Miscellaneous Petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed. No costs.
