Chandalingaiah Dora S/O Sammayya v. The State Of Telangana
HON'BLE THE ACTING CHIEF JUSTICE DILIP B. BHOSALE AND THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE S.V. BHATT W.P.No.32362 OF 2015 PC: (Per the Hon'ble the Acting Chief Justice Dilip B. Bhosale) Learned counsel for the petitioner does not press this writ petition and seeks liberty to the petitioner to raise the challenge as raised in the present writ petition, if the circumstances so demand. We are satisfied that at this stage we need not examine Rule 3(2) of the A.P. Excise (Grant of Licence of Selling by shop and conditions of licence) Rules, 2012 since the petitioner could bring on record a single instance to show that a licence is likely to be granted in favour of non-tribal in tribal area. In the circumstances, petition is disposed of as not pressed with liberty as prayed. All contentions of the petitioner are kept open. Consequently, miscellaneous petitions, if any pending, also stand disposed of. _____________________ DILIP B. BHOSALE, ACJ ___________________ S.V.BHATT, J Date: 06.10.2015 Stp/Lrkm
