Sri K.Suresh Reddy, learned counsel for the respondent No.1 submits that the cause in the Civil Revision Petition does not survive and the petition has become infructuous.

No representation for petitioners. However, as per the information received by this Court, A.S. No.25 of 2010 pending on the file of the Senior Civil Judge, Repalle, was dismissed. Hence, the cause of action does not survive in this petition.

Accordingly, the Civil Revision Petition is dismissed as infructuous. No order as to costs.

As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this case, shall stand closed.
