This Civil Revision Petition under Section 227 of the Constitution of India is filed challenging the Order dt.17.06.2013 in I.A.No.117 of 2013 in O.S.No.2469 of 2012 passed by the XIX Junior Civil Judge, City Civil Court, at Hyderabad.

Since the main suit i.e. O.S.No.2469 of 2012 itself was disposed of on 22.02.2016, the petition has become infructuous and dismissed accordingly. There shall be no order as to costs. Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this petition shall stand closed.
