THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAMALINGESWARA RAO CONTEMPT CASE No.501 of 2018 ORDER:

Even today also none appeared for the petitioner. But, the learned Counsel for the respondents produced before this Court a copy of the order dated 26.02.2018 issuing proceedings pursuant to the order in W.P.No.21047 of 2016, dated 21.09.2016 as modified by the orders of the Supreme Court in C.A.No.3529 of 2017 and batch, dated 23.02.2017, and that of the Division Bench in W.A.No.10 of 2017 and batch, dated 18.07.2017.

In view of passing of the order on 26.02.2018 pursuant to the order passed by this Court, no proceedings under Contempt of Courts Act can be taken up. But, it is open to the petitioner to challenge the said proceedings in appropriate manner.
