This petition is filed under Section 115 C.P.C. to set aside the order dated 09.01.2015 passed in I.A.No.24 of 2015 in C.A.No.134 of 2015 in MVOP No.Nil of 2015 on the file of the Motor Accidents Claims Tribunal-cum-District Judge, Vizianagaram and consequently to direct the Tribunal to number the M.V.O.P. The learned counsel for the petitioners has sought permission of this Court to permit the petitioners to withdraw the revision petition with a liberty to avail the remedies available to them under law.

Permission is granted.

Hence, the Civil Revision Petition is dismissed as withdrawn with a liberty to the petitioners to avail the remedies available to them under law. Consequently, Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending in this Civil Revision Petition shall stand closed.
