HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE M.SATYANARAYANA MURTHY C.C. No.2483 OF 2016 IN C.R.P.No.3272 of 2016 ORDER:

As per directions of this Court dated 22.12.2017, both minor boys are produced before the Court.

When the Court questioned the minor boys about their objection to enjoy the visitation rights by their father/petitioner, they fairly stated that they have no objection. The respondent admitted in her counter that she has no objection to visit the minor boys by the petitioner as per order of this Court in C.R.P.No.3272 of 2016, dated 21.09.2016. The petitioner himself agreed to pay Rs.1500/- per month to each child towards education, maintenance and other incidental expenses. In view of the above submission made by the petitioner himself, he is directed to pay Rs.1500/- to each child on or before 5th of every month and also permitted to visit the minor boys as directed by this Court on 21.09.2016.

With the above direction, the contempt case is disposed of. No costs.

Pending miscellaneous petitions in the case, if any, shall stand closed.
