THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTI CE A.RAMALI NGESWARA RAO Writ Petition No.5072 of 2018 Order:
This Writ Petition is filed challenging the inaction of the fourth respondent in mutating the petitioner's name in the revenue records pursuant to the Ryotwari Patta issued in Form-VIII, dated 24.06.2013, pertaining to the land of an extent of Ac.2-08 cents and Ac.0-54 cents, situated in Survey Nos.525/1 and 532/2 respectively of Yarramareddy Palem village, Chettipalli post, Renigunta Mandal, Chittoor District. This Court noticed that the petitioner filed a representation for mutation of his name pursuant to issuance of Ryotwari Patta, but the application is not filed in a proper proforma under Form 6-A. In view of the same, the petitioner is given liberty to file an application in proper proforma and, as and when such application is filed, the fourth respondent - Tahsildar shall consider the same and pass appropriate orders in accordance with law within a period of eight (8) weeks from the date of receipt of application.
The Writ Petition is, accordingly, disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
As a sequel thereto, the miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this writ petition shall stand closed.
