THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE T.SUNIL CHOWDARY WRIT PETITION No.44631 of 2016 ORDER:

This writ petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India seeking a Writ of Mandamus seeking to declare the action of the respondents in not following the approved alignment dated 10.05.2016 FB 181o 37'00" issued by the respondent themselves in respect of 99-D package 30 kms to 33 kms width in the package in Guddemdoddi prime canal in Jawahar Lift Irrigation Project, Kondapally Village, Gadwal Mandal, Jogulamba Gadwal District, Telangana State as illegal and arbitrary.

At the time of hearing, learned counsel for the petitioners submitted that the cause in this writ petition does not survive for adjudication and no further orders are necessary in this matter.

In view of the submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioners, the writ petition is closed. Consequently, Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending in this Writ Petition shall stand closed.
