THE HON'BLE SMT. JUSTICE G.ANUPAMA CHAKRAVARTHY SECOND APPEAL No.400 of 2014 JUDGMENT:

On 29.10.2022, it was noticed that the learned counsel for the appellant is no more and this Court directed the Registry to issue notice to the appellant enabling him to appear in person or to engage a counsel.

2. Accordingly, the Registry has issued notice to the appellant and the postal tracking report discloses that notice was served on the appellant on 16.11.2022. Inspite of it, the appellant neither appeared in person nor engaged any counsel, in this matter

3. Therefore, the second appeal is dismissed for default and for non-prosecution. No order as to costs. Pending miscellaneous applications, if any, shall stand closed.
