The petitioner submitted an application to Tahsildar along with relevant documents requesting to incorporate his name as pattadar for the land to an extent of Ac.00-20 guntas in Sy.No.57/21 situated at Anantharam Village of Gummadidal Mandal, Sangareddy District. Petitioner claimed that said land was reassigned to him after relinquishment of assignment granted to Late Rehman.
02. On the representation made by the petitioner, a report was called from the Revenue Inspector and Revenue Inspector submitted his report on 02-02-2018. In the report, he records that the land was originally assigned to Rehman, which was reassigned to petitioner. He also records the said transaction stated to have been taken place between the father of petitioner and Mr.Rehman, whereunder he paid sale consideration to purchase the very same land, which was later reassigned to him. This writ petition is filed alleging that even though report was already submitted by Revenue Inspector, so far the application submitted by the petitioner is not considered.
03. According to learned Government Pleader, wife of Mr.Rehman is also claiming that land belongs to her, as it was originally assigned to her husband.
04. The Court is not entering into rival claims. Apparently, the application filed by the petitioner for mutation of his name pending
- 3 - consideration before the Tahsildar and Tahsildar obtained report from the Revenue Inspector.

Therefore, the writ petition is disposed of directing the Tahsildar to consider the application submitted by the petitioner after considering objections of Razia Begum, wife of said Rehman and on examination of the relevant record including due consideration of the report of Revenue Inspector, he shall pass appropriate orders. The entire exercise shall be completed within a period of two months. There is no expression of opinion on merits. The respective parties shall place their defences before the Tahsildar as per their claims.
06. No order as to costs. Miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed.
