On 11.06.2018, as there was no representation, the matter was posted to 25.06.2018 under the caption 'for orders'. On 25.6.2018, it was represented that the sole appellant died and time was sought to take steps. Accordingly, matter was adjourned to 09.07.2018. On 09.07.2018 also, the learned counsel for the appellant took time for taking steps. At his request, the matter was posted to today finally. Today, when the matter has come up, counsel for the appellant is absent and there is no representation. The Second Appeal is of the year 2000. Counsel for the appellant is not evincing any interest in pursuing the matter.

The Second Appeal stands abated and is dismissed. No costs. Miscellaneous Petitions pending, if any, in the Second Appeal shall stand closed.
