It is stated by both the counsel for petitioner as well as the counsel for respondents that the grievance of the petitioner has been addressed and the petitioner has been paid all the retirement benefits which the petitioner was entitled to on his retirement as Superintendent in the Board of Intermediate Education on 31.05.2016.

In this view of the matter, the Writ Petition is closed. No order as to costs.
