This criminal petition is filed, by the petitioner-accused No.2, under Sections 437 and 439 of Cr.P.C., seeking bail in Crime No.05 of 2017 on the file of the ACB, Karimnagar Range, for the offence punishable under Section 13(1)(d) read with 13(2) of Prevention of Corruption Act and Section 120(b) read with 34 IPC. 2.

At the time of hearing, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of the court to permit the petitioner to withdraw the criminal petition with liberty to avail the remedies available to him under law. Permission is granted.
